  The land confiscated from big feudalists was: 1-Agrarian reform land which are expropriated by land reform law no. 178 / 1952 : ·        Maximum limit 200 feddans per person. ·        Maximum limit 300 feddans per family. 2-the sequestrated land which was confiscated by emergency law, and are managed by government ( general Authority for Agrarian Reform). This land legally remained feudalists' ownership. ·        It is rented to peasants by L.R.A. ·        L.R.A. executed the confiscating of the 2 kinds.  3- Ordinary land owned by other farmers (poor or rich)
