1-          Violent Methods

 ·        By laws issued under former President Anwar Sadat ( no. 69/1974) and President Hosni Mubarak (96 /1992) through the court and police.

·        By seizing land (organized process of land seizure).

 2-Non-violent methods: 

·        By increasing prices of agricultural inputs (seeds- fertilizers- insecticides- animal foods- fuels- renting agricultural machines) or hiding it at suitable times, then selling them in the black market

.

·        By transferring the permanent land rent contracts to fixed ones according to the new law no. 96/1992 to raise the rent prices between 3-5 folds.

 ·        By government monopoly of corps trade which, therefore tenants (peasants) found that there are no positive visibility for cultivating there land, a growing numbers of them refused to continue in cultivation. 

HOW FEUDALISTS HEIRS RETRIEVEDTHE 2 KINDS OF LAND?!  

 INTRODUCTION:

There are 2 kinds of lands are

confiscated from feudalists:

* The first:

 is appropriated with L.R.Law , its ownership became for the government ( L.R.Association) which is divided ( soled ) to poor peasants , its price is acquired on 40 years.

    * The second :

 is confiscated by emergency law from the big owners due to the problems which occurred  in country by them, it is accompanied with expulsion them far away their villages to big cities , its legal ownership stayed for them while the L.R.Assoc. managed these land instead of them by renting to the  poor peasants.

 The 2 kinds of lands were located in the same area, often took the same names, it is interfered lands.

– On 1974 when ex president  SADAT issued land set free law no.69/1974 , the big owners heirs  tried to expulse farmers from the second kind  ( under guarding lands) but the law prevented  expulsion any farmer from if he paid its rent price (  there were no  limited period for rent contracts), but when some feudalists faced the peasants they left in time the land without any resistance.

 – At MUBARAK period there was a new rent lands law ( no. 96 on 1992) , the new contracts limited the rent land period.–  The  L.R.Assos. issued many decrees (which were an executive respond of set free lands law) , therefore feudalists utilized it and the new rent lands law to expulse peasants from the second kind of lands.

-Due to the peasants ignorance and collusion of L.R.Assos.

some of  feudalists used many deceptions  to steal   the first kind of lands ( L.R.lands)  firstly because the 2 kinds were interfered and has same names, after some years they returned to take the second kind under funny pretension ( they did not executive the set free decrees. )-So in one step and with one decree they retrieved 2 kinds of lands.
